How do I get started?

You can reach me via email or phone, or you can message me through the website or use the online scheduling tool to schedule an initial consult at your convenience.

Do you accept insurance?

I am not currently in network with any insurance companies. However, I can provide superbills upon request.*
*With the exception of clients with Medicaid and Medicare

What are your rates?

My current rates are $150 for a 50-minute session and $200 for a 90-minute session. These rates apply for both individual and couples/relationship counseling.

What form of payment do you accept?

Scenic Heights Counseling accepts cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express). Payment is due at the time of service.

Do you have a late cancellation fee?

I ask for at minimum a 24-hour cancelation notice. If a session is cancelled within that 24 hour period, a full payment for the session hour is still required.

Do you offer a free consult?

I do! I feel it's important for us to connect and agree that we're a good fit before moving forward.

Are sessions online or in person?

  • I offer both online and in person sessions.
  • In person sessions will be at my office in Arvada 
* You must be located in the state of Colorado at the time of any/all online sessions

What do I need for online sessions?

For virtual sessions, you will need a stable internet connection, a device with a webcam, and a safe space where you can speak freely and comfortably.
